- Led development of machine learning pipelines for training and evaluating potential synergistic catalytic peptide combinations.
- Synthesized model-suggested peptide combinations for experimental validation using pNPA hydrolysis kinetics.
- Developed an in-house multiple sequence alignment program replacing NCBI BLAST, significantly cutting down response times.
